The Commodore is a Brotherhood member who coordinates the Brotherhood's naval actions and reports to the Brotherhood Leader or their Advisers. However, only Brotherhood Leaders can update Brotherhood News. They can set Brotherhood Ranks for other members, accept and remove players, set Diplomatic Statuses with other Brotherhoods. The Brotherhood Leaders and their Advisers command and manage the Brotherhood. The Ranks are as follows: Brotherhood Leader, Brotherhood Adviser, Commodore, Swashbuckler, Ambassador, Coxswain, Scout, Boatswain, Boatswain's Mate, Crewman, and Cadet. Only the Brotherhood Leader and their Advisers can set Brotherhood Ranks for other members of the Brotherhood. "Brotherhood Rank determines your position in the Brotherhood, as well as your duties and credentials. A player must reach Level 5 to become a Cadet at an Academy. The number of Cadets your Academy may train at any given time is 10. Once you've created a Brotherhood (which consists of 10 members of the main crew) it will have a Naval Academy to recruit and train Cadets. You can accept or decline the requests to join your Brotherhood from the "Applicants" tab of your Brotherhood. You can cancel sent invitations from the "Invitations" tab of your Brotherhood. You can send other Captains offers to join your Brotherhood via the Friend List or by going to your Friend's Haven and clicking "Invite" from the Actions menu. Go to the Brethren Court, open the "My Brotherhood" tab, enter a unique name for your Brotherhood, and design a unique custom flag using the flag generator. You must attain Level 10 before you may create a Brotherhood. Brotherhoods allow Pirates to unite their Shipmates under a well organized command structure with one name, flag, and hierarchy.Įach member of a Brotherhood has his own credentials, duties, and responsibilities within the group.
